Share what works in your setting and pick up ideas from across the sector.\n    \n  \n\n  \n    \n      How Live Panel Webinars work: read the guide\n      \n      (opens in a new tab)\n    \n   \n\n\n  \n  \n    Mona Sakr\n    \n      Mona Sakr is Professor of Early Childhood at Middlesex University and an internationally recognised researcher in early childhood education\, whose work explores creativity\, pedagogy and children's experiences. \n      Her research includes the Nuffield Foundation-funded Achieving High-Quality Provision in the Baby Room of English Nurseries project\, which examines what high-quality provision for babies should look like and how it can be strengthened across the sector. \n    \n  \n\n\n  \n  \n    Rosie McCallum-Faraday\n    \n      Rosie McCallum-Faraday is a Local Authority Lead Teacher and Local Specialist Leader of Education for Birth to Threes in Bristol\, with over 20 years' experience in early years education and a passionate advocate for babies' rights and the professionals who support them. \n      Rosie has led Baby Practitioner Networks for many years and co-delivered the Babies in Mind project\, strengthening baby room practice across Bristol. She is a contributor to the recent Being with Babies book and is committed to creating rich\, responsive environments where babies can thrive. \n    \n  \n\n\n  \n  \n    Cassie Holland\n    \n      Cassie Holland is a Birth to Three Local Specialist Leader with Bristol Early Years and Birth to Three Network Lead for Bristol & Beyond Stronger Practice Hub. She is a Nursery Manager and is currently completing a Master's in Early Childhood Studies\, with research exploring ethical pedagogy in baby rooms. \n      Cassie co-delivered the Babies in Mind project\, exploring and strengthening baby room practice across Bristol.
