DESCRIPTION:Stronger Practice Hub Event \nAt this Somerset Leaders Network\, we will hold a supportive and reflective session to examine the new Ofsted Early Years Toolkit in more detail\, a theme chosen directly in response to feedback from our previous session\, where attendees said they would gain confidence by exploring it further. \nManagers and settings are welcome to bring their toolkits\, share their own personal reflections\, and work in action learning sets to scaffold discussion. Together we will explore: \n\nCurrent understanding of the toolkit\nWhere you think you are and why\nSharing ideas about different aspects to gain a deeper understanding\n\nWe also hope to welcome a local setting that can share their inspection experience and their own reflections both on the day and since their visit was completed. \nNote: This Network meeting is for early years leaders in Somerset only.
