Pete will facilitate a deep dive into the topic in order for childminders to gain a deeper understanding of creativity. You will look at children’s creative development and the Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning\, tying this into the latest research. The day will also focus on practice/materials: Clay\, Paper\, Block play\, Loose parts\, and Photography. \nPete Moorhouse is passionate about encouraging creative thinking in Early Years Education. He has over 25 years experience working with schools and has worked regularly in early years settings as an artist educator. \nThis session is for childminders only. \nFace to Face.
