Kate Moxley is dedicated to leading a new agenda to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the early years workforce. She believes that mental health literacy is everyone’s business and that it should be of enormous importance to us all – for ourselves, our children and our whole community so that we can all thrive.

Kate Moxley is a proud and passionate early years consultant, trainer, and speaker specialising in wellbeing and mental health. Founder of the Wellness For All training company and a mental health first aid England instructor, she travels across the UK nurturing teams to develop mentally healthy working environments that improve outcomes for children.

Kate is a bestselling author. Her book, ‘A Guide to Mental Health for Early Years Educators’, amplifies the voices of educators to highlight the true meaning of wellbeing, one that incorporates inclusion and belonging and cultivates a deep culture of wellbeing.

She is the founder and organiser of #eywellbeingweek, and a proud Brummie living with mental illness, ADHD, + dyslexia. Kate combines her personal lived experience of mental health issues, her role as a mental health first England instructor, and her educational background to deliver relatable high-quality training with a difference.
