Bath and North East Somerset
The B&NES Early Years Service works in partnership with the diverse early years sector and other early childhood agencies in Bath and North East Somerset to achieve the best outcomes for all children, especially those facing disadvantage. Guided by a strong research base and a strengths-based, relational approach, the team collaborates to shape bespoke support for early years colleagues, championing inclusive learning environments where all children can actively engage, play, be curious, and develop critical thinking skills. With extensive firsthand experience in the early years sector, they offer tailored support and advice, along with professional development opportunities, for home-based and group-based early years settings and schools. An extensive range of CPD opportunities are available to view and book on The Hub, an open online training and communication platform, and the team also works as part of the regional Bristol and Beyond Stronger Practice Hub to extend your professional development further.
