Through quality improvement, evidence-informed practice, professional development, and targeted support, the team works with practitioners to create inclusive, nurturing, and ambitious environments where children can play, explore, communicate, and learn. In partnership with families, Family Hubs, health colleagues, and wider services, the team helps to reduce inequalities, promote inclusion, strengthen school readiness, and ensure families can access the right support at the right time.
