The ‘Introduction to Makaton’ taster session is a 2-hour workshop designed for complete beginners or those with previous training who would benefit from a refresher. You will learn what Makaton is, how to use it and who with, you will learn approximately. 50 signs and symbols relevant to your role as a Childminder with the focus being on Early Years Vocabulary alongside core, functional vocabulary.

St. Pauls Children’s Centre: There is no on-site parking but parking is available on the road for £1 an hour for a maximum of 3 hours, or in Cabot Circus which is 5-minute walk from the St. Pauls Children’s Centre.
