This session will explore the role of the key person in tuning in to babies and reflecting upon babies’ rights, and listening to their voice, both verbal and nonverbal. It builds upon previous sessions “Getting it Right with Babies” and “Talking with Babies”.

We will explore the important role that working with families has on our baby provision, focusing in on what babies and families stories so far. We will also reflect upon how babies learn, planning for the unique child and enabling environments for babies.

This session is for anyone who works with babies. It is part 3 of 3 of the Babies Voice: Tuning in and Having Conversations Series.

This session will be delivered by Simone Barnes and Cassie Holland.
