    The ‘Introduction to Makaton’ taster session is a 2-hour workshop designed for complete beginners or those with previous training who would benefit from a refresher. You will learn what Makaton is, how to use it and who with. You will learn approximately 50 signs and symbols relevant to your role as a Childminder, with the focus being on Early Years Vocabulary alongside core, functional vocabulary. The workshop comes with an emailed participant booklet for use during the session and an emailed Certificate of Attendance on completion.
