Three Types of Professional Development
We offer three distinct formats to meet different learning needs:
Events and Webinars – One-off training sessions on specialised topics, available face-to-face and online at various times to suit different schedules.
Network Events – Regular activities that encourage ongoing development and create opportunities for practitioners to share knowledge and build professional connections.
CPD Programmes – Multi-session learning journeys that build knowledge progressively over time through sustained engagement with key topics, reflective practice, and peer collaboration.
Categories
Our programme includes categories such as Working with Babies, Communication, Language & Literacy, Mathematics, Physical Development, PSED, SEND Support, Leadership & Staff Development, and EYFS Learning Community, plus specialised sessions for two-year-olds. All activities can be browsed by category or by date in the brochure to help you find the most relevant opportunities.
Evidence-Based Approach
All our training opportunities are grounded in evidence-based practice, with selected programmes developed with support from the Education Endowment Foundation.
