This is a Seminar for Childminders by Elizabeth Jarman.

Using case studies and images from childminder contexts, the input from Elizabeth will include key points to remember when reviewing learning environments, with particular consideration around post-Covid practice.

Be prepared to be challenged and inspired!

There will be a blend of input and discussion.

Elizabeth is an award-winning learning environments expert who developed The Communication Friendly Spaces™ Approach. She has an Early Years background and following teaching and advisory roles, led several national training programmes for teachers and practitioners on behalf of the Department for Education.

She has a wealth experience in developing Family Programmes and was the lead UK consultant working with UNESCO to set up projects across Europe.

Elizabeth is currently collaborating on various learning environment projects across the UK from training, writing and strategic work to advising on new builds. She recently developed the Inspiring Environments Toolkit, an online resource created in partnership with PACEY Wales.

Parking
St. Pauls Children’s Centre: There is no on-site parking but parking is available on the road for £1 an hour for a maximum of 3 hours, or in Cabot Circus which is 5-minute walk from the St. Pauls Children’s Centre.
