Supporting Children from Marginalised Communities Feel a Sense of Belonging – Open Study Day at Easton Community Children’s Centre (Bristol)

April 30 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm BST

Stronger Practice Hub Event

This Open Study Day at Easton Community Children’s Centre (ECCC) will focus on supporting children from marginalised communities feel a sense of belonging.

You will explore how Easton Community Children’s Centre aspire to their vision of ‘A sense of Belonging, not just Fitting in’ for all children. You will be immersed in our inclusive and anti-racist learning environments and pick up ideas for your settings. Understand how you can support little babies up to curious pre-school learners to gain the skills they need to become the next generation of global citizens.

You will hear about our bumpy journey and learn ways to inspire your peers to join the journey too. There will be plenty of opportunity for reflection, discussion and action planning.

If you then choose to sign up for the Early Years Forum for Anti-Racist Practice, you can be supported through your journey by termly meetings.
