Archfield House Nursery is a partner setting of the Bristol & Beyond Stronger Practice Hub. It is a family run private setting that opened in 1986. Archfield received their second outstanding Ofsted rating in April 2023 and the Nursery of the Year award at the 2023 Nursery World Awards. Archfield and its sister nursery Woodland House have around 60-70 staff between them and Archfield has up to 102 children a day who are aged between 6 months and 4 years. Archfield will share their journey in supporting team members to thrive in their roles, acknowledging the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the current recruitment and retention crisis. They will reflect upon management and leadership structures that support team members to feel valued and motivated.

Parking
St. Pauls Children’s Centre: There is no on-site parking but parking is available on the road for £1 an hour for a maximum of 3 hours, or in Cabot Circus which is 5-minute walk from the St. Pauls Children’s Centre.
