A reflective session inviting early years educators to pause and consider equality, diversity and inclusion in their own practice. In a supportive space, participants explore how their values, experiences and biases shape their work with children and families, and consider what equitable practice looks like in action.

Participants examine how their own values and assumptions shape the spaces children encounter, and leave with renewed confidence to embed authentic representation into everyday practice.

A session introducing practical ways to diversify and decolonise the early years curriculum. Participants explore strategies for embedding diverse voices, experiences and knowledge systems into everyday learning, moving beyond tokenism toward authentic representation.
