Childminder Network: Everyday Opportunities For Maths
Stronger Practice Hub Event
Come along to discuss how children learn maths, how you teach maths in your setting, what a mathematically rich environment looks like in a childminding setting and recognising the maths in children’s everyday play. We will consider how children develop positive attitudes and a ‘have a go’ approach to maths.
This training is for early years practitioners and leaders working in settings or childminders in our Stronger Practice Hub area (Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, Wiltshire, Somerset, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire). We will also prioritise settings and childminders in areas of deprivation.
Are you a childminder looking to connect with others? Our network meetings are the perfect opportunity to meet fellow childminders, share experiences, and reflect on ways to develop your practice and business.
