Stronger Practice Hub Event
Creating a thriving baby room starts with intentional leadership. This session explores how developing a shared vision, nurturing professional relationships, and creating a culture of trust, reflection and belonging can strengthen both team wellbeing and outcomes for babies.
Together, we’ll reflect on current leadership challenges, consider the impact of compassion fatigue, and explore practical strategies to build resilient, motivated teams. We’ll also explore strategies for baby room leadership such as reflective practice tools and guidance for approaching courageous conversations.
This training is for early years practitioners and leaders working in settings or childminders in our Stronger Practice Hub area (Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, Wiltshire, Somerset, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire). We will also prioritise settings and childminders in areas of deprivation.
