This interactive networking session offers early years professionals the opportunity to connect, reflect and learn alongside colleagues who share a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. Whether you are just beginning your EDI journey or have attended previous sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss current challenges, share effective practice, explore real-life dilemmas and gain fresh ideas to support your own setting. Come along to listen, contribute and leave inspired by the experiences of others.

This training is for early years practitioners and leaders working in settings or childminders in our Stronger Practice Hub area (Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, Wiltshire, Somerset, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire). We will also prioritise settings and childminders in areas of deprivation.
