Mathematising the Day
Stronger Practice Hub Event
This session will support you in identifying children’s everyday mathematical experiences and planning playful moments of mathematics throughout your day.
We will focus on implementing evidence-informed approaches that support children’s understanding of mathematical skills and concepts by integrating games, stories, and mathematical vocabulary into our everyday routines, interactions, and provision.
The session is suitable for all early years educators and leaders who would like to develop their own understanding of early mathematics.

This training is for early years practitioners and leaders working in settings or childminders in our Stronger Practice Hub area (Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, Wiltshire, Somerset, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire). We will also prioritise settings and childminders in areas of deprivation.
