Stronger Practice Hub Event
Knowle West Nursery School will share their journey to relationships led practice. They will describe how they have transformed practice and policy to support children’s behaviour and promote wellbeing. Staff will reflect on how they have used their learning about adverse childhood experiences and childhood trauma to develop attachment aware practice and create psychologically safe environments for children, parents, and staff.
Case studies will demonstrate the healing power of connection and how a therapeutic response can move individuals from being socially defensive and isolated to a place of safety, fulfilment, and joy.
