Drawing on reflective practice and observation techniques, participants will examine how children's perspectives can reveal strengths, identify barriers to engagement, and highlight opportunities to enhance wellbeing, belonging and learning, with practical strategies for gathering evidence from a child's viewpoint to inform meaningful centre improvement planning.
