EDI: Inclusive Environments – Reflection on the Messaging in Our Environments
Stronger Practice Hub Event
Our environments communicate powerful messages about who belongs, whose stories matter and what is valued. This interactive online session explores how the physical, emotional and relational environments we create influence children’s developing identities and sense of belonging. Together, we’ll reflect on representation, inclusive pedagogy, family partnership and the messages conveyed through our resources, routines and everyday practice. Participants will leave with practical ideas and greater confidence to create environments that authentically reflect and celebrate the children, families and communities they serve.

This is one of series of EDI CPD sessions. You can book one; however, we recommend booking onto all three if you can.
This training is for early years practitioners and leaders working in settings or childminders in our Stronger Practice Hub area (Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, Wiltshire, Somerset, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire). We will also prioritise settings and childminders in areas of deprivation.
